Even though the name of this sauce can be challenging to even say, it’s even more challenging to find one at the store that is gluten free It’s found in so many savory recipes that I had to figure out a way to make this in a gluten free version. I’ve researched recipes to find out what seems to fit the bill with all the flavors and this recipe is the culmination of that. One recipe makes about ¾ of a Cup and should be stored in the refrigerator. Enjoy! Try it with my Savory Pecan recipe.

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

2 T Coconut Aminos

2 T water

1 T maple syrup or honey

1/4 t ground ginger

1/4 t dry mustard

1/4 t onion powder

1/4 t garlic powder

1/8 t cinnamon

1/8 t pepper

Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute. Cool. Store in the refrigerator.. Shake well before using.
