3.5 ounces (1 large bar) 70% cocoa dark chocolate

3 T full fat canned coconut milk (or more)

Optional: ⅛ t vanilla extract or 1 t erythritol according to taste

Stir together ingredients over low heat. Stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat or put in fondue pot. You may need to add more coconut milk for desired consistency.

Dip your favorite fruits – like strawberries, bananas, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, or pineapple – into chocolate and enjoy.
